Trying to impress you now. I am the founder of The Kevin Berry Collective, The Neuro D Tribe, and No Drama Safety. I believe that for as long as humans have existed, we’ve gathered in circles to make sense of the world. For over 25 years, I’ve travelled the world working with organizations, using immersive and experiential learning to develop leaders and build sustainable cultures.

Before stepping into the world of leadership and culture change, I studied drama and worked in theatres across the UK and Australia. I learned early on the power of drama and immersive learning to create a room where people feel something — and through that feeling, begin to shift.

Today, I work at the intersection of creativity, psychology, leadership, and culture, bringing a human, provocative, and deeply practical approach to changing how people think, communicate, and lead.
