Discovery

Our discovery interviews are a critical first step in creating any of our programs. They us reveal the real story that lives beneath the surface.They helps us uncover what people actually think, believe, value, feel,  fear and experience. Our human centered approach is not just a formality : there a diagnostic, trust building exercise and optical.

Design & Build

We treat safety cultural change design like a creative production. We research deeply to find the real stories and tensions in your organisation. Then we write scenes — realistic, often confronting, sometimes funny, always relevant — that capture those moments where culture is madeor broken. We rehearse with our professional actors, refining every line and gesture so leaders see themselves in the work.

Leadership Workshops

Our leadership workshops use actors to role-play real life organizational situations and dynamics. Our process becomes a powerful tool for change in thinking, behavior and culture. We hold a mirror up which through facilitation helps disrupt habitual thinking, surface emotional truths and create shared meaning - all in a way that's safe, visceral and transformative.

Leadership Coaching

Our experiential leadership coaching program is a powerful tool for creating self awareness and quickly enhancing leadership capability. The learner interacts with a role-player, we then use film playback combined with real time coaching to build awareness and give the learner an opportunity to practice new skills and in some instance let go of some old ones.

Our Story

The Kevin Berry Collective story was born out of an  obsessive desire to make adult learning as engaging,  memorable  and transformative as possible.  We  saw too many organizations stuck in the same tired training cycles, powerpoint, lectures, chalk and talk and tick the box workshops and coaching programs that rarely bring about changed thinking and behavior. So we decided to do change differently.

Our roots are in theatre, philosophy and behavioral science. We seamlessly blend traditional change management modes with immersive and experiential learning. We create highly engaging learning environments that deliver results.
